Customers who require adaptive equipment on their vehicles may qualify for reimbursement. To qualify for the one-time reimbursement, the following conditions must be met: 1) The new or Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) BMW must be purchased or leased* from an authorized BMW center in the United States 2) The vehicle modifications must be completed within the New Vehicle Limited Warranty of 4 years/50,000 miles or CPO Warranty of 6 years/100,000 miles (the earlier of 6 years/100,000 miles) 3) The vehicle modification must meet certain criteria listed in the table below to qualify for reimbursement. Customers cannot be reimbursed more then $2,500.

Customers must provide the following: Copy of the lease or purchase contract from an authorized US BMW center. Copy of the customer's driver's license, a doctor's note or permit describing the adaptive equipment and reason for need (vehicle must be registered and operated by the impaired driving customer). Copy of the invoice detailing the modifications performed by a qualified National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA) service center. Note: In instances where an air bag or air bags are deactivated, the NHTSA approval letter must also be provided.

New Vehicle sales support offers are only valid for the retail sale of eligible, new BMW vehicles and the first consumer sale of retired service loaners, demos, and retired BMW NA Company Vehicles (Retired Vehicle Credits). Previously Reported vehicles (Service Loaners, Demonstrators) with over 15,000 miles at the time of the first customer do not qualify for sales support cash. Previously Reported NA company vehicles with over 5,000 miles at the time of the first customer do not qualify for sales support cash. FS Credits must be used in conjunction with corresponding monthly Lease/APR programs.

Current or former BMW owners/lessees who lease a new eligible BMW model from an authorized BMW dealer and contract through BMW Financial Services. BMW Loyalty Purchase Credit is extended to individuals residing in the same household as the qualifying customer. BMW Loyalty Purchase Credit is non-transferable to other family members or friends outside the household.

Proof of ownership required such as vehicle registration, auto insurance card, vehicle title or DCS Vehicle Inquiry. Proof of residency must be provided in order to receive the household loyalty.

Graduate from an accredited college or university, within the United States, with an Undergraduate, Graduate or Associate's degree earned within previous 24 months OR eligibility for graduation within next 6 months with a verifiable offer of employment. At least 6 months of credit fileno previous derogatory credit on any trades. Gross debt to income ratio of less than 45%. Gross automotive payment to income ratio of less than 20%. Security Deposit waived unless stipulated by credit.

Customers need to meet the requirements set by the BMW Financial Services for the program criteria. Customers must purchase or lease a qualifying new BMW from an authorized BMW dealer. If a co-signer is included on the credit application, in order to qualify for this incentive, the graduate still must meet all of the program criteria. BMW College Grad Incentive is non-transferable to other family members or friends outside the household. Can be combined with BMW of North America OL programs. Application must be submitted to the Credit Department as a College Graduate application in InfoBahn to qualify.

All Center Employees enrolled in DEMS with a minimum of 30 days of service, with an active status, are eligible to lease and/or purchase up to 2 qualifying vehicles per calendar year. This benefit does not apply to Dealer Group members.

Each employee that participates in the Center Employee Program is required to complete a participation agreement. This participation agreement must accompany the contract when submitted to BMW FS for funding. For cash purchases, the participation agreement must be retained by the dealer and made available to BMW NA upon request. By signing the participation agreement, center employee agrees to abide by the program parameters outlined in the Center Employee Program Operations Guide.
