MLS/NWSL- affiliated personnel must provide proof of affiliation such as paystub, business card, or other official documentation. The MLS/NWSL-affiliated personnel must be on the contract as a purchaser or lessee. Others may also be on the contract. There is no requirement on the order in which co-signers are listed. All parties on the contract must have the same address to qualify.
