An exception is the Buyer may combine the Military, Recent College Graduate, or T-DRIVE incentives (when available) with the Toyota Vehicle Special Purchase Program Attachment A incentives

All eligible schools must be located within the 50 United States, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. In all cases, student must graduate within the next six months and have two years from receipt of their degree or certificate to take advantage of the program. Up to 72 months. Compatible with special APR programs up to 72 months

Graduates MUST meet one of the following conditions. 1) Graduate from an accredited four-year college or university within the next 6 months; graduate from an accredited two-year college or registered nursing degree (diploma) program; or be enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program. 2) Graduate from the two-year Toyota Technical Education Network Program; Graduate from any other two-year post secondary automotive program accredited by the NATEF. 3) Complete an electrician apprenticeship/certification program through the NJATC and the IBEW. Applicant must be able to provide current school photo ID, current transcripts, completed/validated school registration form or diploma. Applicant must provide proof of present employment or proof of future employment which will begin within 120 days of loan approval.

Team Member or eligible family members including spouse, same gender domestic partner, unmarried children under the age of 26 or children required to be covered due to a Qualified Medial Child Support Order (QMCSO) approved under our normal credit guidelines. The Team Member must be present with the eligible family member at the time of purchase. If a Team Member does not qualify for financing he/she must have a co-signer. The co-signer cannot be included on the title/registration unless he/she is an eligible family member.

1) Team Member will obtain a Buyers PIN for the purchase of a vehicle under the T-DRiVE program. 2) Team Member will select a dealership and present the Buyers PIN upon arrival at the dealership. a) Each Buyers PIN can only be used for one (1) transaction. 3) Upon receipt, the Dealership should confirm the following: a) The Buyers PIN has not expired by searching it using the VTO application. b) The Name to which the vehicle is titled and registered to matched the Buyer Name listed on the Buyers PIN. If there is a co-buyer, confirm with both buyers that they are both Eligible Family Members of the Toyota Employee. 4) The Dealer should then facilitate the sale of an in-stock vehicle: a) Apply the $2,250 benefit per the T-DRiVE Buyers PIN as a rebate to be used as a down payment for a retail purchase or a capitalized cost reduction for a lease. b) If the Team Member presents the dealership with a VSPP and T-DRiVE combination PIN, the dealership should apply the preferred pricing and any applicable incentives. c) If the Buyer wishes to take advantage of other discounts or incentives, including, but not limited to APR, lease subvention or customer cash, the purchase will not be a part of the VSPP and the dealership will negotiate the vehicle price with the Team Member as with all other retail customers. d) Record the RDR for both T-DRiVE and VSPP purchases using the Type 01 sales code. 01/07/2025 #T-5822/25 5) Dealer must submit the mandatory documents as specified in the TMNA Dealer Courtesy Portal on SET Dealer Daily as follows: a) Upload the documents as per the Upload Documents Page in the Portal. b) Send the documents through email address: [email protected] c) Send a hard copy of the documents to the following address: Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. 6565 Headquarters Drive Plano, TX 75024 6) Dealer must send the mandatory documents to SETF along with the contract package.

Must have current active duty status in the U.S. Military (Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, National Guard, Navy and active Reserve) OR, a U.S. Military inactive reserves (i.e. Ready Reserve) that are part of the Individual Ready Reserve, Selected Reserve and Inactive National Guard. A Military retiree within one year of retirement or honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Military within one year of their honorably discharge date; or Household member of an eligible U.S. Military personnel. household refers to family members living with the qualified Military personnel.

Verifiable proof of military status or proof of active service is required at the time of purchase in the form of one of the following documents. 1) Leave and Earning Statement 2) Military Orders including Call to Active Duty letter within one month of departure. Must be used as a down payment on retail installment contracts. Standard rate participation is NOT available for any Toyota or Scion contract under this program.
